Responsibilities include:

• Partner with leadership, engineers, program managers and data scientists to understand data needs
• Apply proven expertise and build high-performance scalable data warehouses
• Design, build and launch efficient & reliable data pipelines to move and transform data (both large and small amounts)
• Securely source external data from numerous partners
• Intelligently design data models for optimal storage and retrieval
• Deploy inclusive data quality checks to ensure high quality of data
• Optimize existing pipelines and maintain of all domain-related data pipelines
• Ownership of the end-to-end data engineering component of the solution
• Support on-call shift as needed to support the team
• Design and develop new systems in partnership with software engineers to enable quick and easy consumption of data

Responsibilities include:

• Use Stitch Data Loader to integrate various data sources to the BI Warehouse (EL part of ELT process)
• Use DBT to do data transformation (T part of the ELT process)in the warehouse and Gitlab CI for continuous integrations.
• Create ad-hoc queries and dashboards on Redash
• Create dashboards for different business processes on Tableau
• Create API’s in Flask (python) to enable users access desired data from the BI warehouse

Responsibilities include:

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly strategic and useful reports and insights that can be used directly to improve collections across all delinquency buckets
• Continuously support the servicing and collection manager in monitoring and evaluating the outsourced agencies performance
• Using SQL, derive borrower data
• Analyze collection and repayment trends, produce solid reports that can be used for decision making with strategic and useful insights.
• Support the rest of the day to day activities for the servicing and collections team
• Identify gaps and areas for efficiency improvement in servicing and collections
• Analyze the effectiveness of our servicing and collection efforts and suggest improvements
• Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business function
• Proactively identify analytical and reporting gaps and propose new or make improvements to existing reports
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborative efforts with colleagues to manage BI solutions
• Creating visualizations from business data using OBIEE
• Creating dashboards required for internal use.
• Data Analysis and presentations at department executive level.
• Trend and behavioral analysis on taxpayers
• Using SQL to service data requests from different departments
